Awareness Action Team
The Awareness Action Team is responsible for marketing
E Prep and Friends of E Prep events to the community through phon-a-thons and general mailings.
Tasks include making calls to donors and parents,mailing support, etc.
Time Commitment: 1-3hrs. per week or less
Parking Lot Support Team
The Parking Lot Support Team will help direct and
coordinate traffic during high traffic weeks at E Prep.
Time Commitment: 1-3 hrs. per week or more
Community Outreach Team
The Community Outreach Team will work with the Dir. of Student Recruitment to distribute flyers,
information, and materials at various locations throughout the community.
Time Commitment: 1-3hrs per week or more
Event Support Team
The Event Support Team works directly with the Dir. of Recruitment and
Friends of E Prep Staff to plan and coordinate monthly events.
Tasks include staffing registration tables, distributing information, event planning, etc.
Time Commitment: 3-5hrs. per month
A Surplus of School Supplies
E Prep students are in constant need of updated and new school supplies. Please donate the following supplies all year round to contribute to our "Surplus of School Supplies:"
-Pencils - plain yellow or black, hexagonal or round, #2 pencils.
